What's making me blush?

As the weather is starting to cool down, I am finding myself reaching for different blushers to make my face look healthy and glowy. Here are my top five blushers at the moment ...

  1. NARS Dolce Vita is a matte dusty rose colour that looks a little dark in the pan but when lightly dusted on the cheeks gives the most beautiful rosy glow that really makes you feel healthy and pretty. My only issue with this blush and NARS generally is that the packaging looks lovely when clean, however, if it gets slightly dirty it looks awful and seems to go really sticky and is just horrible to have in your makeup bag.
  2. Topshop Head over Heels is a cream to powder formulation in vibrant coral. This blush is so easy to blend with either fingers or a brush and gives a beautiful radiant glow. I like to put a tiny amount of this on the bridge of my nose to enhance the glow to my face. This comes in a pretty white compact with black spots and a useful mirror inside - perfect for a night out!
  3. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Dim Infusion is a soft coral blush with Dim Light finishing powder mixed in adding warmth and dimension when applied to your cheeks. This really makes your cheeks glow but in an understated way which makes it look all the more beautiful. This product feels and looks like pure luxury.
  4. Stila Convertible Color in Lillium is a blush I seem to forget about and then find again and absolutely love! It's a super creamy formula - a little goes a long way, and the colour is the the perfect pink to suit most skin tones. Apply this to the apple of your cheeks for a healthy glow. The compact is a pretty pink colour with a mirror inside.
  5. Rimmel Stay Blushed in Sunkissed Cherry is a liquid cheek tint in a deep coral that is very easy to blend and stays in place for a good few hours. Again with this blush, a little goes a long way and is best applied gradually to achieve the right amount of colour. This looks beautiful on and is a great pharmacy buy. This comes in a small tube with a screw on lid which is perfect for travelling or keeping as a handbag staple. The tube allows good control of the amount of product you use.
