Favourites Of 2015 So Far!

Well my aim to write frequently is almost near impossible at the moment with working full time and looking after two young kids, however, it is my mission to ensure that I get at least one post written each week. I have promised myself that I will post every Sunday starting from today! So with that in mind and the fact that I have missed 3 months worth of favourites so far, I thought it best to review the products I have loved so far in 2015...

Rimmel Pro Kate Moss Soul Session - this is a beautiful taupe nude pink which is great for Spring. It lasts a good few days before any signs of chipping and has a decent application brush.
Tom Ford Eye Defining Pen - one of the best liquid liners I have ever used, and it should be for the price. This is on the expensive side but you get a different sized pen on each end. One end has a fine calligraphy tip and the other end has a brush allowing you to create different looks. It is super black and very easy to use. This is a must-have if you are a lover of the feline flick.
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet lipstick in Nude-ist - this is a bold matte lip colour that comes in a variety of shades. The formula is meant to be non-drying, however, I found that it works best when I have well hydrated lips to start with. The colour "nude-ist" is a nude pink colour which is more of a dark nude. I like to apply it and then rub over it with my finger to leave a matte stain.
Diptique BAIES Candle - this resembles "a bouquet of roses sweetened with blackcurrant leaves" - lovely!
MAC Melba Blush - an old favourite that I have rediscovered lately. This is a pretty matte peach blush that gives a healthy look to your face. This looks really pretty as part of a natural makeup look.
NARS St-Paul-de-Vence Eyeshadow Duo - this limited edition eyeshadow duo is part of the Spring 2015 collection. The colours are described as "shimmering nectarine" and "chestnut" and make a lovely subtle peachy eye which is perfect for Summer. This colour combination really brings out blue eyes but would look lovely on brown eyes too.
This Works Pillow Spray - this lavender infused spray has become a bedtime staple to make my pillow smell heavenly and help me sleep. It seems to works so far!
